Marshall Jones and DJ Nugz fatefully met while working at a pizzeria close to 20 years ago. DJs for many years, and driven by their passion for House Music, they joined forces in 2009 to create Sound Cartel. Sound Cartel’s mission is to host quality house music DJs and producers in the Raleigh-Durham area as well as to bring awareness to several causes. They are founders of DanceGruv Radio, a 24/7 online radio station hosting the best House Music DJs and producers on the planet. Additionally, they host multiple fundraisers and DJ workshops every year. Catch them around the Triangle with monthly shows in the Raleigh-Durham area.
