Paul Wiltshire started his Dj career back in 1987 inspired by Soul, Disco & Funk and the emergance of the Acid House movement. For over 25 years he has played alongside some of the biggest names in the industry including Hot Since 82, D Ramirez, Mike Mago, Flashmob, Scott Diaz, Marshall Jefferson, Tom Novy, Paul “Trouble” Anderson, Pete Simpson, John Carter, James Holroyd, Ray Keith, Kenny Ken, Mickey Finn Shaeds Of Rhythm etc…….
In 1997 Musical Solution was founded with Paul organising events in various venues accross Sheffield city centre After many succesful club nights Paul decided to start producing and in 2006 he produced a remix for NYCs Dj Exacta which was then licensed to the very first Ministry Of Sound Playboy Album In 2009 a friend suggested that Paul should shorten the name to MuSol and Paul had two more highly succesful releases on the Barcoda label under that guise.
In 2012 MuSol Recordings was born and over the next 3 years has grown into one of the most succesful indie labels in the UK boasting a host of top 10 hits and with tracks being licensed to many compilation albums. MuSol Recordings is still here and growing stronger by the minute and always strives to deliver incredible house music for the masses, one beat at a time !!!!
