Diana Lynn is a Singer-Songwriter/Percussionist based in Los Angeles. She moves seamlessly through genres as each evokes

completely different attributes of her spirit and her voice. Diana Lynn is an artist who loves the experience of being in the flow, becoming a part of and moving through the flow.Growing up as the daughter of a small town preacher, gospel and choral music were her first influences but world rhythms and indigenous music lit her musical torch. Nearly a decade in the Reggae/Afro Pop world spawned her passion for world percussion.

She has studied voice and world percussion around the globe while performing with musical groups in the Reggae, Afro Pop, Jazz & Blues genres.

She has shared the stage with such luminaries as Bunny Wailer, The Wailers, Eek a Mouse, Alton Ellis, Yellow Man and Gregory Isaacs.

As a vocal teacher and the creator of InsideOutloud, she blends her passion for singing and drumming into an improvisational playground, blending tonal and rhythmic soundings giving her students an opportunity to play and explore and find their true voice. Indigenous music, World percussion and Vocal improvisation

are at the core of her facilitating drum circles and space holding for yoga and meditational performances.

Diana Lynn has also participated in the Music for Healing program at Cedar Sanai Hospital. Her Debut Cd Daydreams and Lullabies has received international recognition. She has scored soundtracks for

two animation shorts and 2 short films, one of which Silencio, was selected for participation in the Pan African Film Festival.

Currently Diana Lynn is co-writing and performing house music with

several European records labels with artists from the UK, South Africa, Portugal and Italy.

Diana has just completed a second release, Suitcase and a Gun, as the featured artist with House Trip Recordings, Lucius Project. The track is currently holding in the Traxsource Top 100 Soulful House

Chart.

For the past 2 years, Diana Lynn has also beenfinding new passion collaborating with Invertigo Dance Theater on various projects.

The outstanding 3 week run of After it Happened at the Odyssey Theater was a highlight.
